-    Decision of land allocation No. 3706QD/UBND dated October  25th 2005 of Chairman of Binh Thuan People’s Committee.
-    Decision No.3427/QD-UBND dated December 27th 2006 of Chairman of Binh Thuan People’s committee on approving the detailed planning of Ham Kiem I industrial park construction in Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province.
-    Investment certificate No. 48221000007 dated April 17th 2007 and the second adjustment investment certificate No. 48221000029 dated 12th June 2013 granted by Management Board of Industrial Parks.
-    The certificate of land use right No. AP339620 dated December 8th 2014 issued by Binh Thuan People’s Committee.

3. INFRASTRUCTURE
Internal transportation in the I.P:  Main road is 45m, internal roads is from 24 – 35m. All is asphalted by hot plastic concrete and be able to bear the weight H30 in compliance with Vietnam standard.

Water–supply system: There are two water factories including Phan Thiet Water factory with capacity of 10.000m3/day and Ba Bau water factory with capcity of 20.000m3/day. Main pipe system is from Ø200mm-300mm and branch pipe is Ø150mm.
Fire prevention system: The distance between water pillars for fire prevention is 150m
Sewage system: Rainwater is flowed through the system of circular culverts with composite steel & concrete structure. After that, it is concentrated into open channel with stone embankment surrounding IP to CAI chanel and flowed down to CAI river. 
Waste treatment factory: Capacity: 6000m3/day. First period: 2000m3/day
-    The enterprise will treat the waste water internally into column B – standard QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
-    The Industrial park will treat the waste water into column A – standard QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT
Comminucation system: 5.000 telephone lines
Geology – terrain: Geology mainly is sandy clay to clay, yellowish brown, light grey, soft to stiff state, favour for construction. Soil pressure density is 2.5kg/cm2
Terrain is flat, slope leveling is 0.5%, terrain leveling is 0.8%.

5.  LAND AREA AND SERVICE CHARGE
Minimum area for rent: 5.000 m2
Price:
-    45 usd/m2 – payment in 12 months
-    50 usd/m2 – payment in 36 months
-    60 usd/m2 – payment in 60 months
Charge for infrastructure maintenance:
-    Infrastructure preservation fee (green tree, road, lighting) is 0.2USD/m2/year – exclusive of VAT
-    Management fee is 0.1USD/m2/year (exclusive of VAT)

Charges of water, telephone, internet and other services: Government charge
Waste treatment charge:
-    Waste water treatment charge is 0.3USD/m3
-    Waste water volume is calculated equal to 80% of supplied water volume

8. LABOUR RESOURCES:
Local labour resource: The local population of 1,2 millions people, (this data updated on December 31st 2012), in which 757,890 people are in the age of labour.
Training and vocational training: 01 university, 3 colleges, 1 vocational training school, 16 training centers. Annually, about 12.000 graduates have graduated.
